This secure and private complex of 15 self-contained apartments has just recently been completed and is located on a quiet street in Darra.
Each apartment is fully furnished and presents modern design and furnishing, and aims to promote independence, privacy and relationship building. The apartments are designed to exclude any steps and increase accessibility for ease of movement.
Each apartment features its own ensuite, kitchenette and living area, with common areas including a kitchen and dining area.
Tenant Considerations
There are currently vacancies in one of the houses. This will suit female participants with SIL 1:3 funding. There is currently one female 1:3 SIL participant who has high level of independence and enjoys going out and meeting with friends.
