Are Individual Living Options suitable for me? 

Depending on your NDIS plan and individual needs, Individual Living Options (ILO) might be best for you if you require support or assistance at home for at least six hours each day. Unlike other Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) options often suited for complex or high needs, the NDIS recommends individual living for those who don’t require overnight support but are still looking for an inclusive, accessible home to suit their needs.  

It’s important to note that ILO does not cover funding for housing or home modifications. It also does not provide support for activities outside of your home, like work, study, sports, or social outings. However, we can work with you to find the right support you need and help you find like-minded tenants. Whether you’re looking at southeast Queensland or Perth, each of our ILO services Australia vacancies show the tenant considerations as well as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces, so you’ll know what to expect before moving in!

What are the options in Darra? 

In 2023, 15 new studio apartments were built in Darra, to help those looking for independence to find privacy and freedom, in an NDIS approved accommodation support.
Our new purpose-built studio apartments offer private spaces with individual bathrooms and kitchens. This means you’ll have the freedom to cook your favourite meals and the privacy to relax and recharge, allowing you to live life on your terms.
