NDIS FAQs
The NDIS – which stands for the National Disability Insurance Scheme – provides financial support for people with a disability.

Disability Accommodation FAQs

We offer a range of accommodation services, including Supported Independent Living, Short Term Accommodation, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Individual Living Options. The type of accommodation services suited to you depends on your individual care and support needs. If you need help deciding which option would suit you best, contact us and we’ll be in touch to help.
This depends on the level of support you require and the type of funding you have in your NDIS Plan. If you’re unsure about what supports you have, or need help accessing more services, get in touch with us today.
We will work with you to determine the location you wish to live. This will depend on your affordability (under board and lodging). We will ensure to keep you informed during every step of the way so you can meet your potential housemate.
We will charge 70% of your Disability Support Pension (DSP) which covers rent, food and utilities. Utilities include power, gas and water. This way, you do not have to worry about paying bills on time.
You will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. We will speak with you about other things you may need for your home.
